Massage the Fingers
If a loved one is seriously stressing and you want to help them, ask them to remove any gloves (if anything) off their hands. Then have their palms face up and have them face you and rub from the base of the padding below their 4 fingers to the base of their palm. Rub hard and also right between the pointer finger. Trust me it works.
