Video games are the best pass time. Especially when you,re feeling low about some girl. They say video games are as addictive as drugs (except harmless of course)! So, wouldn,t you prefer to just have some fun and play online instead of intoxicating your body with alcohol or whatever you think would help you 'get over' her? I know it sounds insane but try it.
Or you could try getting fit. P90X works well (worked for me)
