You need a circle made up of an even number of boys and girls (or at least of people who are happy to kiss each other). One person takes a playing card and pressing its face against his lips, sucking in to keep it there. The person with the card at his lips now turns left and presses the card against the next person's lip. The recipient breathes in to keep the card against his lips while the person who is giving the card breathes out, to help press the card there.
