A Friendly Roast
When a family member reaches a milestone (turns 50, has been married for 50 years, or achieves a lifelong goal) give them a 'roast.' A roast is a special gathering of friends and family where you celebrate the uniqueness of the special guest by poking gentle fun at them. If you really want to do it like the proffesionals do, rent a space in a restaurant and make it a dinner roast.
