My friend is always jealous
While having a friend want to be like you is nice, if your friend is always jealous of you it can become a burden on the friendship. Remind your friend that every life has good and bad parts to it, and that you are jealous of some aspects of your friendīs life too.
If there are things your friend does not enjoy about her life, talk with her about ways of mending those things. Her jealousy is really a sign of her discontent with her own life - this is really what needs to be worked on.
