If you're interested in a guy you don't know but you know he is fluent in another language that you are fluent in, (for example: Spanish, Italian)
Walk confidently straight up to him at the party, even if he's chatting with other girls and clearly say something in that language. He'll probably first seem surprised and it may take him a few seconds to adjust to the language change, but right away while talking in the foreign language you and your hottie will seem like the only two people in the room. ;)
