what i learned from long-distance relationships
I met a boy on the internet back when I was a teenager. We were very close (or so we thought), we talked on the phone for hours everyday. We were 2000 miles apart so I decided to talk my dad into making a trip to Maine for the summer. Long story short, everything seemed great, like nothing else..well after time passed when we were staying together, we learned we didnt have as much in common as the both thought. Because, see, when youv not actually lived with that other person, you dont know who they 'really' are. They might seem fine and perfect over the phone, but you would be so amazed to know how that other person really is. So, just a tip, never fall in love too fast, take it easy and enjoy being a teenager. And if you do find someone, just enjoy eachothers company, dont try and rush things..just always remember, you never know what tomorrow may bring.
