Girls hate pessimistic guys!! Always be optimistic! They hate it if you are going on about how you are ugly, or weird or whatever!! Just think optimistically, even if it's only with them. Just love yourself, and they will love YOU too.
Also, be yourself!! ALWAYS. If you feel you have to change for them to like you, they don't like YOU they like who you are pretending to be.
