DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT
Too much weight is put on what the EX will think. What I behave like this? What I call them/don't call them. Listen, if YOU were the one dumped, do what's right for YOU. They kicked you off the team. It's not your job to worry about what they think or how they feel. Take a leadership role in this. Take control. Do whatever you need to do in order to get the rythym back in your day. The EX is not a priority anymore. get tough. If they come back , it's on both of your terms not theirs so get used to being accountable for yourself.
