Toner
Skin looks bumpy and lumpy if the pores in it are allowed to get large and full of junk. After you wash your face, look into using a toner on it. Usually you put some of the toner onto a cotton ball, then dab it onto your face. This closes up your pores, giving your face a much more smooth, healthy look. Also, with the pores closed, they are far less likely to get dirt into them and develop pimples.
