getting over a first love

i am 18 years old Me and my boyfriend were together for 2 and a half years we had a baby together and she passed away 14 hours later we lived togehter and we were together everyday for 8 months we were supposed to get an apartment and he told me he wanted to marry me one day but at the last minute he decided he wasnt ready and he was moving back with his dad after that everythign went downhill we broke up he told me he loved me n missed me a few weeks later and i let him stay with me and he ended up tellin me we should just be friends after he left, this guy was my first love and ive tried everyway to get over him but its not seeming to help what should i do to help me get over him after everything weve been through?

Find another man

same thing happend to me only not the baby part. im also 18 and was with my ex for 2 and a half years, i split up with him then we got bak together but he was that drunk wen we got bk togther he says he couldnt remeber us getting bk together. he slept with sum1 3 weeks after our split and is working with her and seeing her now. i cant beleive hes moved on so quick! i cnt eat or sleep iv tried call centres but its not helping. i cnt get him out of my head. he was also the first person id ever slept with and ever loved!
iv been listening to everyone else and its hard i no how ur feeling, id recomend another man asap, it might help u take ur mind off him and onto sum1 else to take u out on dates make u feel special, thats what im going to do any way hun x
