Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
I've been with my boyfriend for over 2yrs and we have a 7 month old baby together. I love him with all my heart but I think i pushed him away with my jealousy. I want to know if im overreacting. when we go out, he is always looking around and it always upsets me. He says im insecure and that he likes to look around and that its normal.I try to get over it but everytime it happens it bothers me and he knows it. Maybe I am insecure but i dont think i would be so jealous if he payed more attention to me. He says he doesnt act loving and affectionate to me because i make him uncomfortable and he feels suffocated and he cant be with me anymore. I dont know what happened, is there anything i can do ?
User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Female
George: That's Terrible, TERRIBLE advice! IF you love him ignore his wandering eye??? Sure, let yourself burn up inside! Go ahead and raise your blood pressure and stress levels, maybe contribute to a nervous breakdown from ignoring all your painful feelings and problems. This person needs help, not some flippant advice thats more harmful than good.
