I need help on asking him out and overcoming my shyness

hey my name is Y* and i need help on asking this boy i really like out his name is j* and every time i go up t him i try to ask him out but im way to shy and cant so i need help on asking him out and overcome my shyness

Everyone is shy and has to overcome it.

You should practice getting over shyness by putting yourself in stressful situations and working your way out of them. It's like using a muscle... the more you use it the stronger it gets.

Go up to J* and tell him you are very shy but that you want to ask him out. He will probably be very flattered and accept with pleasure.
