Why not look around at all the single guys around you, and see which might appeal to you? I guarantee you that one of them will be a great fit for you. If this guy you are after really liked you, he would have already broken up with this girlfriend of his. Since he has not, then it means that he's not as well suited for you as another guy would be - since other guys would be quite happy to date you and only you.
