attractive sister
Visitor's Question from a unknown year old PersonI am living a very difficult situation. Since I was little I have always felt threaten by my sister's beauty. I ama very attractive lady too, however, when I brought my new boyfriend to my sister's home, i felt very jealous, I felt insecure and afraid of him paying attention to her. She is married and also a good woman with christian principles. I am sure tht she will never pay attention to him, but I don't know how to control my jealousy and insecurity when I am next to her. I love this guy and I don't want to lose him, because of my insecurities. Help me any advice?

First thing you need to do is become secure with yourself. You know that you are attractive. So what if your sister is, too. You know she is happily married and won't make a move on your guy.
If your guy comments on her looks, but says it as a compliment, that's ok. If he does it in a disrepectful way, let him know it hurts. If he becomes careful of your feelings, he's a keeper. If not, move on. You can't live your life in your sisters' shadow.
