Doing online dating when you dont photograph is not easy !

So in person if you look at me you would find me very cute. Not being arrogant but in any category of looks you would never find me close to ugly.
OF COURSE if you are actively seeking someone that has a completley different "look" from me and Im not your type you would maybe spend minimal time looking at me if I walked past you right ?
I mean if you are really looking to meet someone only six foot + why would you spend much time looking at someone who is 5' 8 .
In anycase I meet girls ALL the time when Im out. Never ever has it been difficult for me to meet somoeone that likes me. Thats actually an understatement. You would NEVER find me to have an ego though , since I dont have one and I come across as someone that has their head on their shoulders and great character!
I dont have the time or desire anymore to just be meeting girls at bars or clubs.
I dont have a ton of money and care to be around drunks. SO I was totally interested in trying internet dating.
So I have tried..
My problem has been this..I photograph like crap and I know that has caused issues.I mean I have gotten like 5 responses on my profiles and every one I have responded too never responds back to me after I send them pix !
I dont give dumb generic responses either..Almost everyone responds and they will point out something about how I didnt sound like some jerk or something..I have a really good personity an I come across being intelligent and interesting .
However once they ask for a picture and I send some..NO RESPONSE !! SO FRUSTRATING ! It just makes me feel like so meany people are shallow !
What do you suggest I do ?
Just forget it ? Dont bother trying with dating sites at all ?

The answer seems straightforward and inevitable... as you said... don't bother trying with dating sites.
You have no trouble meeting women when you are out so leave it at that.
Or if you are determined to pursue dating sites, go to a professional cosmetologist/hair stylist and then to a professional photographer who can take the best possible photographs of you.
