i asked my ex to be my gf in 04 i asked her to marry me in 05 she left me in 06 my ex had her mom brake up with me.i tried to get back with her through 07 and i got sick in 08 its 09 and she moved from one side of the city to the other.i never stop loving her.how could i get her back even as a friend.i just want to be with her

Call her up and ask her to go out to dinner with you as a friend.

My guess is that she may have a boyfriend and say no, but you have nothing to lose by asking her. If she says yes to dinner, my advice is to not tell her you still love her as that would probably scare her off. If you get back together good luck! George
