I would just like to know how to start a relationship with a girl the right way. How do I begin? I dont want to come on too strong or awkward this year I would like to do it without being laughed at or dissed.what are the steps to what do I start with how can I make a connection? when do I start flirting Its not that I like a girl now its just that I want to be ready when I do.

You should start flirting now with all kinds of girls. This will give you good practice for when you like a specific girl. And you will also probably discover that one of the girls you flirt with will all of a sudden seem attractive to you and like you.
A good way to flirt is to smile a lot at girls. If they are nice, they will smile back and then you can say hello. Learn the names of lots of girls and say hi with their name. Many will say hello back and start flirting with you. The important thing is to actually like the girls... they will recognize that.
I say hi to women at the grocery store and it is very rare when they don't say hi back so trust me it works.
By the time you find a special girl, you will already know how to flirt from all the practicing. Remember that girls are just as interested in meeting guys so keep that in mind.
