I have been friends with "q" for more than 20 yrs.About a year ago she asked if I could pick her up from the airport
after a work related trip.when we arrived at her home and got her luggage in she said "thanks hon" and gave me a kiss on the lips!also we were out getting seafood and she was softly running her hands up and down my back!am I reading too much into these actions.

No, you are not reading to much into her actions. A kiss on the lips is a strong clue that she likes you and the rubbing of her hand on your back is also.

However, this happened a year ago. What's up with you? Perhaps you don't like her.

If you like her then ask her out more often and see what develops.
