Everything is going on with me and him at school do you think he could likes me?NEED HELP!!!

Alot has gone on in school with us and I want to know do you tkink he could like me and guess what he thinks about me I really like him and I want some Answers here is a list below of what has happened with us.
1.on the bus he dared a friend to tell me that he hates me but in the beginning of the year I wrote a letter to him asking do you hate me and he said to me you know you are my friend right.
2.I see him at the movie store and yes I was watching him and when I go back to school Monday he told them and called me a stalker and him and his frineds were teaseing me.
3.I kissed him in the hallway on the cheek and the next day everyone came up to me and him asking me stuff and he went to the sharpener the same day in the same class and was looking at me.Then I didnt know lader that he was always got asked things too I hered from his best friend.
4.my BEST FRIEND asked him who he liked and she said he was studdering and said my name name but said only as a friend to back himself up.
5.he was staring at me when I was reading a book at track and at the dances he noticed me and stared at me from far away and at every dance i wore something cool.
6.Last thing!!!his friends would made me blush in front of him making harmless jokes they were not scary or any thing and he would look at me and when i laughed too hard and my face was red he would look at me and on the phone he was all the time would tell me something he was doing to get me off the phone.
What do you think,

You have a lot of clues going both ways.
My guess is that he likes you as a friend.
I suggest you ask him out to a move, bowling, or just a walk in the park.
Also, try to continue talking with him on the phone... or get his internet
address and maybe he would feel more comfortable talking that way.
