is there any hope at all?

well me and my ex broke up 7 months ago bc he still has feeling for his ex. it was so hard for me to get over him so i read all of the advice from the website about how to get over him. well yea i detached myself from him emotionally but the feelings never went away. Hes one of those guys that dont show any feelings and around his friends hell act all hard. well this past weekend we ended up "clicking" having fun and talking alot. when one of his friends seen us laughing and talking together he mentioned that we were made for each other. but my ex got all mad and was like whatever man! and before i came my friend told me he told his best friend that he could have me like as if im his property!so it made me mad and i flirted with his bro! the next day his best friend told me my ex was upset so i felt bad and invited him to hooters with us to watch the ufc fight bc thats what he likes. He said the only reason he came was for me which made me really happy! By the end of the night we made an understanding that he wouldnt tell guys they can have me and i wouldnt flirt with his bro to get back at him. well to make a long story short. i still like him but i know he doesnt want a relationship so i dont bring it up! he called me back today which surprised me and we talked for like 10 mins and i told him to becareful! well do u think there is any hope for me and him again? and do u think he likes me? oh and how should i act around him? should i play hard to get bc i feel like im making myself to available....sorry for the long paragraph

Have a gentle, loving talk with him about your feelings. Find out how he really feels about his ex. Find out how he really feels about you.
If he's the type of guy who can't express his own feelings my advice is to cut your relationship from him. You will be happier with someone who is empathetic and caring and who will talk openly with you.
I never recommend playing hard to get because it can backfire so easily. Then you would feel really bad. Be honest with him because it will make you feel better and him too. Honesty is the first step towards trust and trust is the basis of all good relationships.
