I miss him every night!

When I was in highschool, I dated my ex for over a year. During this portion of our relationship, he loved and adored me very much. When I went off to college, I cheated on him several times. I had a "spiritual revolation" and told him all of the lies. But after a month of me begging and pleding with him, he decided to take me back. I was so happy to be back with him, but he just was never really the same. We dated for 6 more months and then broke up again- because I was in a coed dorm and he did not trust me(although I have turned my life around, being completely honest). I did not think that we would ever get back together because he ignored all of my attempts to talk to him, but after 6 months he finally called me back saying that he dated this girl but he really missed me. We dated again for about 5 months all to end of breaking up in a huge fight. I did not call him for about 2 months, but after 2 months, I tried to call several times and he ignored my calls. He thinks I am crazy. All I wanted was for him to treat me the way he used to before. Now I would just really like to talk to him again. I haven't called him or texted him for 3 months now, but I miss him every night! What could I do to at least get a response??
