CONFUSED!

I'm back again... bet you're glad.
So nothing's really happened in the past few months, although this week and last things have been getting complicated for me again.
I think that these things happening now are more worthy of your help than the ones before, although they don't involve any touching, I'm glad to say.
I do still have a crush on my teacher, yes, and I suppose that could be clouding my judgement, but I don't think so because a friend is bamboozled about his actions too.
Last week, he shared a joke with another pupil in our class, one that I don't even have the slightest friendship with. Then he walked past my desk, stopped, and then turned, walked back to stand infront of me and told me the joke....
Also, I fell and had a bad graze on my hand, and out of all the teachers in my school, he was the one who seemed most concerned. Obviously this could just be his caring nature, or.....
Thirdly, today I was in class and I was just sitting doing my work when he came and stood next to me. After a moment i stopped and looked up to him, except he wasn't standing enxt to me, he was leaning on my desk, with his face like 4 or 5 inches away from my own. He said 'Uhu...' and I just sort of said yeah back, and then he said 'I was just testing you...' I asked what for, and he said 'Just testing you..' but then he saw I was colouring blue on my drawing for the ocean and he pointed quickly and said 'Just testing the waters' and fake laughed a little at his own joke (which he never does) and then sort of, walked away to help my friend.
Everything just sort of confusing me and your help would be very useful to me. Thanks.

As you know from all of my answers, I take this situation very seriously because at first it seemed that he was being too "friendly" with you.
After hearing you talk about it over the months, I have come to the conclusion that he doesn't have any improper feelings about you. He seems, for whatever reason, to feel the need to treat you specially. Perhaps he detects that you have a crush on him and he is trying to joke around to calm the waters. Or he just finds you an interesting character.
So, unless he starts touching you or makes an improper suggestion to you I would start to reduce your worries about him.
As always, keep in mind that you have your parents, guidance counselors, or other respected teachers to confide in. So if the situation suddenly changes, think of telling them in addition to telling me.
