To talk to him online. he was the first to start the conversation. We talked for hours. Now the problem is that I have to talk to him in person but I'm scared to the point where I wish I had never talked to him. We are currentoy on spring break so i have 2 days to think and the thing is that im really shy specially around my crushes! I would really appreciate some tips on how to approach him to say hi and talk to him. And specially not to be nervous and make a fool of myself infront of him...thanks so much!!

Everyone feels nervous when meeting a crush for the first time. Just expect that you will feel nervous and shy. You can even tell him that. Telling the truth is the best way to overcome nervousness.
One thing to do is to smile as much as you can. This will make you feel more comfortable and make him happy too. Don't expect to have a long conversation. Just say that you enjoyed talking with him online and give him your phone number. Then say goodbye and say "See you soon" and his name.
Look him in the eye and speak in a clear voice. And SMILE !!
