Not AGAIN
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
So im 21 years old. I went through college with a bf for about 3 years. It ended really badly and to the point we dont even talk anymore. Now, Im still very hurt by that situation butdid eventually find another boy,23, that i met through a mutual friend. We dated for about 6 months. The I love u word got exchanged I heard from his friend he never cared about another girl as much as me and all this. He said if we lasted a year doing our long distnace relationship, seeing each other once a week, things would probably get to the possibly of gettin married and such down the line (like when im 25-26). YEAH i know. He is very competive and will NEVER admit hes wrong and has an awful temper. Our relationshop ended after a huge fight when he didnt want me to come to his homecoming and i went after such arguing (yeah wrong thing..but he always said i never include him in my life and he has introduced me to his friends and stuff before, just not these friends). This night he called me nasty names, said stuff about my sorority and basically said everything u wouldnt say to your worst enemy and when I left in the morning got mad at me cause i didnt kiss him goodbye? He said if i didnt leave in a fight, even though we were broken up when i left, that maybe things woulc be different.
I should have ignoired him and i didnt and pestered him about getting back together. He hasnt talked to me in such a long time probably november and since than was at the end of his billing cycle and got a new phone and everything so its not like i can even say anything. WE have mutual friends and all and i dont know how to handle the situation. He basically got booted out of our group of friends cause they have known me longer and we all use to work together. I just recently told him im leaving his stuff at his house (no response) and left. The last msg i sent him was i want to FORGIVE and FORGET u.
Its just the last relationship was hard and the serious nature of this one is also pretty hurtul. Im at the end of college almost and have seen all the guys pretty much at school and well..nothing-also, my sister is gettin married in november and thats also triggered upset feelings since she has been with her guy for about 5 years and i feel lik and old maid that will never find any1. Im just upset about how u can just cut someone out like that and want to know what u think would be best?

You are too young to be thinking you are an old maid.
Nowadays, women can wait until their 30's with no problem. Of course, if you are set on marrying earlier you have a problem.
Anyhow, my advice is to forget this fellow and keep looking. He has proven himself not worthy of you. You deserve the best.
