What should i do next

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Dear Romance Class,

I first met this lady on business matters. While the business is ongoing, we have met on several occassions at her office. During these meetings we continue to flirt and hold good conversations. She has been asking me about my social lifestyle and that kind of stuff. She knows a lot about my family and according to my brother, the lady was deeply interested in their discussion about me when they met.

The business is two folded and after she completed the first part, i decide to ask her out to thank her for completeing the first part. She declined to go out stating that it was against their company policy. However, she suggested that when the second part of the business is complete we could go out.

In that same conversation, she gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her. We have both been calling each other. Last week she asked me to meet her somewhere outside of her office and i did. I deliberately went there two hours late and she was still there waiting.

When we did meet, she complimented me on new hair cut, my shoes and stated that she liked my "sense of street style" since this was the first time she saw me out of business. While we were in the elevator heading for the restaurant, i mentioned that i am about to quit smoking. Her reply is what worries me the most: She stated that her boyfriend quit smoking. The big question on my mind is: Should i still pursue her even though she may have a boyfriend?

She only mentioned him once as a boyfriend and refused to say anything about him. We spent some time at the restaurant and through out this time the flirting continued: playing with hair, looking into my eyes and smiling, and as we were about to leave, she told me she wanted to meet with me again this weekend.
I want to look into her eyes and say exactly what i feel about her irrespective of the possiblity of a boyfriend. Will this be rude? What should i do next?

Jacob
