I can not read this guy!!!!!

I have written twice already about this same guy! I just can not read him!!! And to be honest I am usually really good at that. Ok so the last time I wrote it was about how badly I treated him on a drunken Thanksgiving eve. Well right when I was ready to give up a week and a half later he texted me and said hey! hope you don't think I was a jerk for not talking to you. It wa jsut that I only knew you for two weeks and I jsut needed to step back." So we had a few words and said we would meet up later that night well he found me at the bar we were at and was soooo excitied to see me he was hugging me and telling me about thanksgiving eve and how he wanted to leave with me and all kinds of stuff. It felt really good to here all that and he ended upcoming back to my house and I asked him if he forgave me and he said he wouldnt be there if he didn't. So over the next week or so we talked a few times actually the next day he texed me kinda late and said he was busy all day and had his daughter... We hardly talked and when we did it was brief... then he came over on a weeknight and we got along so good he seems to be really into me when we are together but he could care less when I am not there. We have been talking like maybe everyother day!!! For the first time I can not put my finger on him. I know he has been REALLY hurt in the past by his daughters mother. I think he is afraid to let his guard down as I am. It has only been a month since we started talking but I just wanna know! Is he into me?

Give it more time before trying to figure out exactly where he is coming from. As you said, it may be his bad experience with his daughter's mother.
It's the holiday season so that will keep both of you quite busy. Try to plan a nice dinner out to celebrate.
