We have soo much in common and he is really polite to me all the time. He keeps sending all the right signals! But i dont kno if he is serious because he has a girlfriend!!! So maybe you should stop wondering and just let things flow the way they are. Casual flirting is acceptable behavior for a relationship unless it goes too far or one of the parties is hurt by it.
Don't try to steal him from the other girl, but have fun with him if you want to.
