Women look at shoes. I don't know why, we just do. If yours are very dirty or worn out, try to change that. Grab some new ones. Clean up your old ones. You don't need to have designer dress shoes on 24/7, but it's nice to put some effort into it. It also helps if the shoes go with your outfit. If you have put on a nice pair of dress pants and a nice shirt to go out to dinner, don't wear sandals or tennis shoes.
