the more you think about memorys and what he said to you and how he made you feel..it gets worse. you'll not only get depressed but it gets unhealthy. try to not think. let yourself be occupied with alot of things. go out have fun meet new people...and dont listen to sad songs. or old songs that remind you of the past love. workout, get a hot body and you'll feel better about yourself! :) esp. when you run into them one day and they see you lookin fiiine they'll realize what they lost. your the better one dont be sad get happy life moves on and soon you will find the one that is meant for you!
