Because when the pain fades.......and it will!!........you don't want to have failed your finals, lost your job, lost your friends and be 20 pounds heavier!
Keep busy, if you aren't busy, get busy!!!! Distract yourself with good activities, taking time every so often for yourself....and just yourself.
