Keep a Diary



A lot of people have trouble sleeping because they have thoughts rolling around in their head. Get yourself a diary or journal and keep it by the bed. Jot down any thoughts and promise yourself you'll work on them in the morning. That way you know you aren't ignoring the issues, you are saving them for when you are more awake.
