If you are of legal drinking age, many medical journals point to health benefits for one or two glasses of wine a day. The antioxidants and other components can be very good for you. However, be cautious about exceeding this. Alcohol is, of course, a poison and your body can only process so much in one day. If you go over that limit you might think you are fine, but your organs are being eroded. This is just like a smoker's lungs turning black. Be careful with your long term health!
