Flirting and Fun:
The Attitude:
!!!Do not assume

A lot of these tips are good, but they say "girls/boys always" or "he/she will definitely" and stuff like that. Don't assume it will work for the person you're thinking of flirting with! Each person is different with their own likes and dislikes. It is your job to know and understand them and flirt with them in a way that will attract them the most because that's what you want, isn't it?

Find out what your crush is like, if you don't already know. Are they very shy? If they are, then you have to be more assertive and outgoing. Don't be too outgoing though, because you could possibly run them away. Chances are if they're shy they're just waiting for you to make a move and they WILL let you slip by just because they are that shy... Don't let them do that.

Be assertive and help them to warm up to you.

Are you the shy person? What you have to do is just to try to be more assertive as well. I know that this is hard because I am very shy as well but if you are shy and are also dealing with someone shy, you will probably have to make the first move in at least the flirting department until they are more comfortable. Especially since you are the one reading this right now.

I guess the best advice I can give you is just to present yourself in the best light, but that is not to say that you should be fake. Work your best angles - Don't babble about yourself but let them see that you ARE great and DO have something to offer. If you're just shy and quiet they'll never get to know you and even if you do end up dating you'll be scared that they don't know how you really feel and that they aren't as interested in you as you are in them. So just try to overcome your shyness a bit.
