Don't flirt with other girls
Girls will usually flirt with other guys around their crush to make them want her more. When a guy does this, it makes the girl feel bad and jealous...a huge turnoff...makes her feel that you arent interested at all. It is alright to talk to other girls, just make sure that you give most of the attention to your crush.
