Honesty
Alright I know it's hard to do, and easy to chicken out, but if you are totally honest with how you feel, it means more than just saying "oh i kinda like you... like LIKE you like you but i dont and i like you... and"... thats just CONFUSING lol. Just sit down with him/her, maybe hold his hand and say you need to talk, and tell him. but ONLY DO THIS if you trust him.
