keep him guessing (for the ladies!)
when you,re cuddling and have your head on his chest, run your hand lightly across his stomach. slowly move your hand up to his pec and then to his collarbone, like that dip at the base of his throat. just linger there a bit, he,ll be trying to guess where you,re headed. the whole time keep nestling into him more tightly. this drives him crazy and soon enough he,ll kiss you :)
