Be confident!! Girls love a confident boy not a soppy one! [Not cocky tho!] hwen talkin 2 them look into their eyes ans smile. also a great tip if a girl you like is standing on hr own or even with friends come up from behind her and put your head over her shoulder or grab her waist she'll love it!{then start with " hey you" or how u doin?" hopefully she'll turn around and start talking! good luck boys! x
