Office romance is like fishing; be patient, but be ready to set the hook. Timing is everything: The right moment to make your move will come along, but if it doesn't be creative and make the right moment. For example, ask them what time they usually eat lunch....an innocent question, but also a very provocative one that can work in your favor. Then go make your move at lunch.
