Dont Be loud!!!
Trust me this is coming from personal experience!!!!! When you are to loud and draw to much attention it turns a guy off!!!! He will think that your too pushy and too confident. Trust me the whole world doesn,t wanna hear what you have to say!!! When your talking to someone your talking to them NOT THE REST OF THE PEOPLE around. He might also start to think your really weird and yell something like SHUT UP!!!! Trust me you dont wanna get your feelings hurt by that.
For example:
If your on the school bus and he is behind you or something, look at the person next to you in the eyes and whisper, look back at him, bulge your eyes out and give a sweet smile, and then turn back around and whisper something else, then look back casually. This will make him think you were talking about him and he will think your mysterious and want to know what you have to say. And DONT bulge your eyes out to far then you will honestly just look like a bug. No guy wants to date a bug. THis tecnique is way better than screaming your heart out to someone right next to you.
