Plan a Restful Evening

It's important to give yourself time to heal. Plan out at least one night a week that is your de-stressing night. If you love bubble baths, get a great scent and light some candles. Set your radio to play soothing music, and get a great book that you really enjoy. If you're not a book reader, settle down on the sofa with a bowl of popcorn and a glass of wine or water. Avoid the caffeine! Watch something peaceful and relaxing. The aim is to give your body time just to rest and recuperate.
