Mess around with him every once in a while. Like if you see him in the hall and he doesn't know you're behind him, push him against he wall or pull on his backpack and look away real quick, then look at him and smirk. Some guys love that. It really just depends on the guy. Figure out how he flirts, and flirt back in that way.
