Just hug
Many things can go through ones head, woman have to think about so many things... they do appreciate to be hugged and cuddled! Make time for that. This does not need to lead to sex... it should be something you just do because it gives you both comfort! Just hug, tell her to spill it out! Or if she rather be quite, this should be alright too! Just hug and assure her she'll be alright, that you'll be there for her! Just make her feel comfortable, just unload the dayly troubles. It makes her feel she is not alone, there is a friendly soul reaching out! So just hug!!!
