When one of your friends is having a girl and guy birthday party try to presuade her into inviting your crush. when and if he comes go up to him a say something like "I didnt know you were gonna be here" or "Hey it's cool you came" also hang out with him. if he's shy there is no doubt he's gonna tag with his guy friends but give it a shot anyway
