Urgent vs High Priority

We often tend to work on problems that seem urgent even if they aren't really high priority. If someone is screaming at you, you want to get them to shut up, rather than working on what needs to be done.

Think long term about what will really help you out. Maybe there is something you can do which will stop the person from screaming, to make a long term fix so they don't have issues any more.
