Tell the Truth
I cheated and I told my boyfriend. He is devastated, but don't think for one second that telling your partner will make you feel any better. If you really love your partner, you will feel like shit. If you have a conscience and a soul, you will feel damaged and worthless -- which you are. But it's wrong to stay with someone based on a lie, and if my boyfriend can find it inside himself to forgive me, then I will be the luckiest person in the world, and I'll make sure he knows that. If he can't do it, then I will get what I deserve and be miserable for years.
This is the nature of the sin we have committed.
