Learn more than her name
If she's special, then she is special enough to take your time and do it right. Before you approach her find out who her friends are and get to know them and ask about her without being obvious. (Show me who your friends are & I'll tell you what you are) They will tell her you've been asking and that will make her curious concerning you. Be sure to listen to what they tell you, and use the information accordingly to present yourself as a person she would want as a suitor.
