Walk Away
If you find a girl you like but have NO place to get started go up to her, whenever, and give her a casual compliment (I love your outfit; Those are really nice shoes etc, etc), then, JUST WALK AWAY! Now, she'll be intrested in YOU and come chasing after YOU. That way, you're intrested in eachother and the perfect chemistry is formed!
