A woman falls in love with a airpilot then when they think his plane was shot down killing him...she in time falls in love with his best friend(Josh Hartnet) .She quickly becomes pregnant with his baby and her origional love comes back and is fine.They have their bouts and then both men go off to a secret special dangerous mission right after pearl harbor, Josh is killed in battle and his best friend is left to raise his baby and be with the one he truly loves.
