The thing is, girls don't actually know themselves what they need. I'm sorry, that makes it even more confusing for you guys! But when your girlfriend changes her mind suddenly and goes into weird moods and maybe becomes distant and needs more space, it is because she is trying to work out what she needs, and whether things are feeling right. Teenage dating basically helps us find out from experience what we want later on in life. The main thing is to not take things too personally.

The best advice I can give to you, is to be patient. And one thing girls love- is taking mental notes. Little things like remembering what her favourite foods are, what she finds funny, that sort of thing. Little things that will surprise her.
